LGBTQ+ Family Building Legislative Initiatives

Through state and federal advocacy work, we have tirelessly fought to help forward positive family building bills as well as work to stop harmful legislation from being enacted into law. As part of our overall mission to increase access to care, we will continue fighting for future families for the LGBTQ+ community.

LBGTQ+ families/couples sadly face many layers of barriers including medical, legal, and limited access on how they can pursue a family. On top of that, cost is yet another additional obstacle that also stands in the way. It can be overwhelming, to say the least.
